These terms govern the use of mrrcard.io, operated by Stephan Lindauer (see Imprint). By creating an account you accept them.
mrrcard.io creates publicly accessible badges that display revenue metrics from payment providers you connect (e.g. RevenueCat or Stripe), and optionally lists them on the Explore page.
You need a valid email address you have access to. Keep access to it secure; you are responsible for activity in your account.
Free: one badge, free of charge.
Pro: multiple badges and the full theme editor. Prices are shown on the
upgrade page before purchase. Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance and
renews automatically for the same period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; Pro then stays
active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed.
Pro is sold through Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record (reseller). The purchase contract, payment, invoicing, refunds and any statutory right of withdrawal are handled by Lemon Squeezy under its own terms, which are shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription via the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email.
Existing badges stay online. You cannot add further badges beyond the Free limit or change themes until you subscribe again.
Only use read-only API keys with the smallest possible scope. You may only connect accounts you are authorised to use and only publish figures you are entitled to publish. Do not use names or links (slugs) that infringe third-party rights or impersonate others, and do not misuse the service (e.g. automated mass requests or attempts to bypass limits). You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from unlawful use.
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Figures come from third-party interfaces; we do not guarantee their accuracy or timeliness. For paid plans, statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise liability is excluded. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
You can delete your account at any time in the dashboard; an active subscription is cancelled automatically. We may suspend or delete accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these terms; for paid accounts we will notify you in advance unless the violation makes this unreasonable.
We may amend these terms with effect for the future. We will inform you of material changes by email in advance; if you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription or delete your account before they take effect.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
